MUMBAI : Bigg Boss is doing well for itself and is gaining decent TRP ratings and one of the reasons is that the contestants are giving in a lot of content.
During the ‘Shukarvaar Ka Vaar’ episode, we saw how Salman Khan slammed Sumbul and Shalin for their friendship and made him understand how Sumbul is obsessed with him and how she should stay away from him as he can see that the actress is obsessed with Shalin and is extremely possessive about him.
On the other hand, Sumbul is unable to understand what’s wrong and she makes it clear to Shalin and Tina that she doesn’t have any feelings for him, but Salman Khan made it clear to Sumbul that he is saying all this for her betterment and she should stay away from Shalin.
Owing to what happened during ‘Shukarvaar Ka Vaar’, Sumbul’s co-star Manasvi Vashist took to social media and showed his support to her and said, “I am deeply saddened to see the character assassination of a simple girl on national television. I have worked with Sumbul and she is a very sensible and honest girl. I am watching this season of Bigg Boss and it’s extremely frustrating to see how everybody is brutally attacking her character and not even a single person is taking a stand for her. This is disgusting.”
He further added, “You tell the world that if a woman says ‘no’ then it is a no. Then why are you putting allegations on a woman that she is ‘obsessed’ and ‘in love’ with a man when she hasn’t said that herself? Why would you do that to her? Just because you think she is vulnerable? This is pathetic.”
Manasvi Vashist and Sumbul had worked together in the serial Imlie, where Manasvi had replaced Gahsmeer as Aditya.
Well, many celebrities have come out in support of Sumbul and have said that what Salman Khan did was wrong and that he shouldn’t be doing it with an 18-year-old girl.
