Bigg Boss Marathi 5 debuted recently, and the first week alone had a lot of controversy. Nikki Tamboli, Varsha Usgaonkar, Aarya Jadhao, Abhijeet Sawant, Arbaz Patel, Paddy Kamble, Vaibhav Chavan, Irina Rudakova, Jahnavi Killekar, Yogita Chavan, Nikhil Damle, Suraj Chavan, Ghanshyam Darode, and Purushottam Dada Patil are the contestants presently participating in the show.
Nikki Tamboli has been the talk of the town. She was the finalist of Bigg Boss 14 (Bigg Boss Hindi) and has a huge fan following. She was one of the strongest contestants and now has become the highlight of Bigg Boss Marathi 5. She is in news for her fights with Varsha Usgaonkar and others in the show. She was even slammed by the host of Bigg Boss Marathi 5, Riteish Deshmukh for her arrogant behaviour.
She was scolded for calling into question the Marathi audience's mentality and for using disrespectful remarks towards Varsha Usgaonkar. Riteish compelled her to apologize for her comments to the entire state of Maharashtra. She's been the buzz of the town even in this second week. While the captaincy challenge was ongoing, Nikki and Aarya Jadhao got into an aggressive fight.
Participants had to wait behind the yellow line and navigate to the motorman's cabin of a mock train to finish the captaincy challenge. Nikki was making sure that Aarya did not get the opportunity. Aarya pushed Nikki and the latter pushed her back.
Aarya got scratched by Nikki during the argument. Aarya was spotted showing the nail marks from Nikki on her face. Sobbing, Aarya asked that Nikki be held responsible for this. Speaking of captaincy, Bigg Boss Marathi 5's first captain is Ankita Walawalkar.
