However, as the election date looms, a new hurdle emerges: the delayed issuance of his Candidate Number, a blatant violation of the City Civil Court's orders. This last-minute obstacle leaves Behl with little time to rally support among the members.

His nomination is valid and restored, making him eligible to contest elections of CINTAA. The decisions of the Election Committee should be unbiased and in accordance with the constitution of CINTAA. Although the delay caused and losses suffered by Mr. Amit Behl cannot be recovered, but his battle for justice was appreciable. He has set an example in the film industry.
