"Busy" Aakanksha Singh gives Aanjjan Srivastav's son's wedding a miss

Our TV actors are so busy with their daily shooting schedules that they don’t even have time for social commitments. Take the case of Aakansha Singh (Megha) of Colors’ Na Bole Tum... Na Maine Kuch Kaha. The hardworking actress was so busy last night that she could not make it to the wedding reception of veteran actor Aanjjan Srivatsav’s son, Abhishek Srivastav. Aanjjan, better known as Wagle of Wagle Ki Duniya played Megha’s (Aakanksha’s) father in season 1 of the above popular Colors’ show which returned with season 2. The Sunshine Productions unit was represented by Rinku Karmarkar (Renu Vyaas) and Sachin Parikh (seen as Sanjaay Vyas in season 1). Also seen was Neelu Kohli who played Mohan’s (Kunal Karan Kapoor) mother in season 1. We spoke to Aakansha and she said that she could not make it for she had to shoot. “I respect Aanjjan ji a lot. I apologized to him for the same. I don’t further wish to explain my actions in public.” We guess Aanjjan also understood it for he said, “that those all he expected to make it were there including Shotgun Shatughan Sinha, Danny Denzongpa, Rohini Hattangadi and Rakesh Bedi, amongst others .”
