Casting director Garry Gill completes a decade in the industry, reveals his success mantra, says, 'The satisfactory smile of actor and makers is the key of measurement of our success' - EXCLUSIVE

MUMBAI: Casting field is gaining importance with every passing day.

There are a lot of aspiring casting directors who are trying to make it big in this field.

While they are slowly getting into this, there are many casting directors who have made it big in this profession.

Casting director Garry Gill is one of them who has been in the field for several years.

Garry started off his career in the year 2015 with his casting agency Garry Casting Company and it is 10 years now.

As Garry marks his 10th year in this field, he is immensely feeling grateful for all the success that he has achieved so far.

In a recent interaction with TellyChakkar, Garry spoke about his journey and also thanked several people who made his journey successful.

Thanking everyone for supporting him in his journey, Garry said, ''I would like to thank everyone who has given me an opportunity till now. From the casting directors to the producers and the actors who have worked with me, I am thankful to all of them. I also thank people who have given me a bad experience as I got a good lesson from them. I only succeeded with those experiences.''

Garry recalls how he got support from Vishal Gupta (Casting head of 4 Lions) during his struggling days.

Taranvir (Panorama Films), Jeet Chaudhary/Vivek Jain (DKP) Aamir sir (Beyond Dreams), Prithvi Raulji (Optimystix), Shishir Swarnakar (Balaji Telefilms), Rakhi Luthra (Rajshree Productions), they all have immensely supported Garry's journey.

Garry also thanked his family Shubham Sandhu, Sharry, Bab Shera, Lovey Jain, Vicky, Pavi, Krishna, Anuj, Adnan for their constant support.

Lastly, Garry thanked his parents for giving him wings to fly and shift to Mumbai to make his career here.

Garry Casting company has always given chances to the new faces to make their mark in the industry.

In his 10-year long career, Garry has done casting for several hit TV shows and still continues to do so.
