MUMBAI: Hiten and Gauri are one of the most loved television couples. The duo used to rule the television screens in the early 2000s with their awesome chemistry and commendable performances in serials like Kutumb and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. It’s been long since we saw them together on screen.

Hiten and Gauri is an iconic pair not only on screen but also off-screen, and their chemistry remind us of SRK and Kajol.

Time and again, fans want to know whether they will see Hiten and Gauri back on screen together.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Hiten and asked him whether we would ever see the evergreen couple back on screen.

The actor said that they will definitely come together soon, as they are waiting for the right script.

He also mentioned that he signs projects after reading the script and role but is not as choosy as Gauri, as she believes in doing the right scripts that will be worth her time.

Hiten further revealed that before the lockdown, they were going to shoot for something, but because of the imposed restrictions, the shoot is stalled.

But he hopes that as soon as the lockdown is lifted and things begin to become normal, they would get back to shoot.

When we asked him what kind of project it is, the ace actor said that it's too early to give details and he will share them once the time comes.

Well, it is exciting to know that Hiten and Gauri are shooting for something, but whether it’s an advertisement, movie, or television show is still unknown.

The thought of watching them together on screen is taking us back to the good old days of Kutumb.
