MUMBAI: In a world filled with opportunities and challenges, the younger generation holds the key to shaping a brighter future. On the occasion of National Youth Day, Brinda Dahal, the youngest member of Sun Neo's popular show Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya, who plays the role of Vaishnavi, shares her heartfelt thoughts on the importance of confidence, courage, and hard work for today’s youth.

Brinda passionately emphasizes the significance of self-belief and determination in overcoming challenges and achieving success. She states, “In my opinion, today's youth should have confidence. I’m not talking about overconfidence, but genuine self-confidence. Without it, moving forward becomes difficult, and fear can hold us back. Confidence and courage enable us to overcome any obstacle because nothing is truly impossible. In fact, the word 'impossible' itself says, 'I am possible.'”

The Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya actress further adds, “To inspire the youth, I would say: be confident and work hard. Success without effort may happen sometimes, but it shouldn’t make you complacent. Relying solely on your parents' money or privileges won’t give you true satisfaction. Real happiness comes when you achieve something through your own hard work, earn your own living, and contribute positively to society.”

When asked how today’s youth can bring about change, the 17-year-old actress shares, “Today's youth have the power to create significant positive changes in society. They are intelligent, smart, and capable. If they channel their intelligence and abilities positively, they can make a big difference. While technology has its downsides, it has also opened up countless opportunities for progress. It all depends on how we use it. By focusing on positivity, the youth can truly transform society for the better.”

Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya, airing on Sun Neo at 7 PM, follows the journey of Vaishnavi, an orphan who finds strength and comfort in her unshakable faith in Chhathi Maiyya, who acts as a motherly figure in her life. The show features a talented ensemble cast, including Sneha Wagh, Sara Khan, Jaya Bhattacharya, Brinda Dahal, and Ashish Dixit.
