It could be time to bid adieu to that innovative Star Plus show for mothers and their broods - Mum, Tum Aur Hum, which is likely to end its run in March.
That is, unless the channel pulls it back in after a season break at the 8 pm slot, which MTH had managed to hold in its six months of existence.
The show which launched on 19 September 2005 is still shooting in Delhi, but is likely to wind up soon, say our sources.
The daily show was under a 52 episode contract (till December 2005) but got an extension of another 52 episodes until March.

The daily show was under a 52 episode contract (till December 2005) but got an extension of another 52 episodes until March.
"Yes, the show is coming to an end by March. It got an extension and we did 112 episodes in all. It was a fun show, something I'd never tried before and I had a fabulous time working with the best people," says host Shruti Seth, who now wants to host a travel show but wants to avoid the daily soaps.
Shruti has her hands full with Star Plus' Shararat and a feature Fanaah(releasing in May) where she gets to share the screen with Kajol and Aamir Khan in the first half of the film. The actor also soon plans to go for a month's holiday to the US in August.
However Star India creative head Shailaja Kejriwal says, "The show might go off air. They are still shooting, so we have not decided the date yet. By early next week, we will be sure about the same. We have a couple of shows as options in place of Mum,Tum Aur Hum, which again we have not finalised."
Mum,Tum Aur Hum is a game show which has the mother and child thinking and playing together and being totally in sync with each other. Here every participant wins a take-home prize with the jackpot prize being a family holiday to various destinations abroad. This daily game show is produced and directed by Siddharth and Anita Kaul Basu (Synergy Communications).
