MUMBAI: Ever since Dalljiet Kaur's marriage to Nikhil Patel soured, her personal life has been a major buzz point. In 2023, the actress wed Nikhil Patel, a businessman residing in Kenya. After their marriage began to have complications eight months later, she left for India. She later claimed that Nikhil had cheated on her and refused to accept the marriage, calling it simply a social commitment rather than a legal one.
On August 1, 2024, Nikhil Patel, the estranged husband of Daljjiet Kaur, arrived in Mumbai for a holiday with his lover Safeena Nazar. The pair appeared to be quite loving, according to comments from spectators when they were sighted together at Taj Land's End.

The well-known news portal was informed by a source that Nikhil traveled to Mumbai to harm Dalljiet Kaur. He wishes to make it clear that there is nothing the actress can do to stop him from leaving her.
Despite the legal action taken by Nikhil Patel, Dalljiet Kaur has shown remarkable courage. She has secured a stay order from the court, preventing Nikhil from evicting her and her son, and protecting her personal belongings in their house in Kenya. This is a testament to Dalljiet's strength and determination.
Dalljiet Kaur has appealed to her followers for help among these difficulties. She expressed her feelings of being wronged in an emotional Instagram post, along with her want to find someone who genuinely understands her and has the guts to stand by her.
"At the end of this road, the real question would be, who saw the wrong, realised it was wrong, told me it was wrong while it was happening, and felt bad that this happened in the first place, and also had the guts to stand by me."
Dalljiet Kaur has trusted God to direct her as she looks to the future. She has also criticised people who have aligned with both sides out of convenience. Her post expresses her upbeat attitude for a better future and her faith that the cosmos will disclose the truth.
"Even I want to see what this journey holds ahead and who were the ones who stood by me, and who were those who chose the convenience to be on both sides. I am letting god decide the path ahead. And also letting the universe show me the truth of everyone around me .. whether it was a relationship of years or a year... I want to see if humanity stood a chance..."
