“Dancing has its own superpowers to help people stay positive and happy all the time” says Sanjay Gagnani as he shares his thoughts on World Dance day.

MUMBAI: Actor Sanjay Gagnani who is currently shooting in goa for his show Kundali Bhagya share’s his thoughts on dancing as the world celebrates International Dance day. 

Sanjay has been into dancing for quite a long time , comming from a non dancing background he had to face a lot of challenges in acing the dance steps. 

“ It was challenging for me at the beginning to take up the groovy dance steps but dance for me is all about fun and enjoyment so I danced it out one step at a time , injured myself a lot many times during practice but at the end it was all worth it “, says Sanjay.

In these tough covid times dancing has acted as the stress buster for sanjay he shares , “In the lockdown i learned to focus on my self so i did take up a lot of things that helped me rejuvenate dancing was one of them . Dance is certainly a stress buster and it fills you with positivity from within It has its own superpowers to help people stay positive and happy all the time. I Hope that I get to learn and practice more of it”
