MUMBAI : It was only some time ago that we reported about CINTAA and FWICE issuing a notice which mentioned that many producers are calling their members for shoots which has caused a feeling of unrest and misguidance even before the resumption of shoot.
It also mentioned that even after strict directives issued by the I & B Ministry to all the producers to clear the outstanding dues of actors, workers and technicians pending prior to the announcement of the lockdown, the producers haven’t done so.

It mentioned that all the outstanding dues should be cleared before resumption of shoots.
Well, we are now back with another update where the board has issued yet another notice of the 90 days payment being reworked and the defaulting producers will be blacklisted. There is a demand of 8 hours working shift given that there will be a lack of public transport services. Also there is a mention of budgetary cuts and the indicative percentage from the broadcasterswould be around 15 to 35 percent.
