Delay in 24 Frames debut show

We had earlier reported about Nandita Mehra and Bhairavi Raichura’s production house named 24 Frames making their debut with a thriller love story for Colors. Though the show was scheduled to go on air post IPL it is now heard that the shoot has been delayed as they are awaiting a go- ahead from the channel. A source says, “Earlier the shot was on hold as the female lead of the show wasn’t finalized but now it is buzzed that there are issues with the story line. The channel is re-working on the story as they aren’t very impressed with the original story. So only when the story is finalized the show will go on floors. We had earlier shot a month ago just for a day as it was an auspicious day but since then there hasn’t been any shoot. “Our next shooting schedule was a hill station but now everything seems to be on hold. We are waiting for the channel to give us a green signal. However casting for the rest of the cast is going on. Rajat Tokas and Mugdha Chapekar have been finalized to play the leads.” However producer Bhairavi Raichura contradicts this and says, “Nothing of that sort. It’s just that we had not found our female lead that is why we did not begin shooting. We have just found her two days back so we can’t even begin shooting right away.” When asked when the show would go on floors she said, “I wouldn’t want to talk about any of it right now.”
