Talking about the sequence, Naman said, "When I read the script, I felt quite nervous because it was about a 13 to 14 minutes long scene with only Adit's dialogues. Drunken scenes are quite difficult to pull off because one needs to look slouched and tired but needs to emote well. The scene was to be performed in the night but I started my preps from the afternoon itself. My agenda was to make myself tired, so that the scene would look convincing. I didn't sleep, eat or even drank my favorite coffee to perform better. "

Naman added, "When the first two-three paras were shot, I got a knack of it. My directors along with a few cast members told me that I've got the mood and pulse of the situation in Adit's life better and I got a lot of confidence after that. After the director said CUT, the entire unit of around 100 people clapped for me and appreciated my work. The shoot that day was elaborate as the entire cast was present. They all loved my performance."

When asked about his reaction to the scene and the feedback, he said, "When people appreciated me for the scene on the sets, I didn't feel it was a very big deal, because I was too tired and didn't know the output of the scene. However, when I watched the scene myself, I felt good and believed that I indeed did a pretty good job. Usually, I don't take credit for the scenes I perform, but this one is an exception. I believe I performed well. Also, I would love to mention that the scene was written beautifully and you have to give it to the brilliant writers of our show."
