MUMBAI: Drishti Thakur who plays the character of Juhi in Colors' show ‘Namak Ishq Ka’ feels that she is lucky to be a part of the show. Her character commenced with a positive shade but gradually turned grey and with the coming twists in the show it will tilt towards the negative side. Drishti shares, “My character in the show ‘Namak Ishq Ka’ is of a sister who is simple yet strong and keeps her opinions firmly in front of her family.
The character initially was very positive but as the story went ahead, the character of Juhi also improvised and she turned grey and showed both her positive and negative side. With the coming twists and turns and as the story progresses, my character also will progress and will partially turn negative. I am really glad that I am a part of this show and I am getting an opportunity to play a character that has such variations. It's not always about the screen space, it's more about the depth of the character and how it progresses. Moreover, I think I am really fortunate to work with such an amazing bunch of people. All my co-stars have become a family. It is crazy fun, it doesn't even feel like I am working, it's like hanging out with friends and living my passion of acting.
I have been blessed to be around these lovely people, and the best part is that when you are around such wonderful souls and talented actors, your journey is smooth and you get to learn a lot from them."
