Dus Ka Dum 3 to return in July

Dus Ka Dum had proved a trump card for both Salman Khan for his first innings on television and also for Sony. After the first season, the channel had planned to bring in two more seasons of the show and now time has come for third season to start. Our source from the show says, “We had received a great response from the industry too for last season, so there was no way we would have scrapped the idea of bringing the third edition. We are working on different things, though the format of the show is going to be the same. This year too we will have an all-celeb season like last year. The channel will start approaching celebrities soon according to availability of their dates.” “Salman is supposed to start shooting with us from June onwards; we are working on his schedule. As soon as everything is finalised, we will proceed further, on the celeb-list. It is said that Salman too will ask his friends to appear on the game show. The show will air in July and it will be mostly once a week,” the source adds. Anita Basu, director of Big Synergy says,” We are slotted to make it for the channel during that time, but we have yet to know the nature of the show, yet to discuss things.” The channel had a contract with Khan to make three different seasons of this show and with this season the contract may get over. It is said that DKD will start post Indian Idol’s upcoming fifth season which is starting next month.
