Today, we are here to share the fitness mantra of Mohit with our readers. “My fitness mantra would be ‘Eat right, work out right and sleep right’.
According to me apart from eating and working out, I feel sleep plays an important role in your fitness. A person needs 6 hours of sleep and if possible one can also take a power nap of 20-25 minutes in day time which is equally important to stay fit mentally and physically.”
He further adds up, “Talking about diet, I would say eat whatever you like, but see to it that you burn the calories equally.”
How about your exercise routine? “I am a morning person and I always prefer exercising in dawn. I work out 4-5 days in a week for an hour and not more than that,” says he.
Are you a foodie? “Yes, I am. I love to have ‘Aloo’ anytime. Along with that I like to consume lot of raw fruits and fruit juices.”
