MUMBAI : TellyChakkar is back with yet another interesting update from the world of television.
We all know that Star Plus' popular drama series Anupamaa is all set for a big leap.
The makers have also unveiled the first promo which shows Anupamaa in a new avatar along with some new characters who are in the show.
Alisha Parveen will be seen as the new lead in the show. She is shown as the grown up Aadhya.
Meanwhile, Shivam Khajuria will be seen opposite Alisha in the show.
Actor Varun Kasturia will be seen playing the role of Ansh who is Anupamaa's grandson.
Actors like Spreha Chatterjee and Ishita Modi are also roped in to play pivotal roles.
Nishi Saxena and Gaurav Sharma won't be seen post the leap.
There are also reports about Kunwar Amar quitting the show.
Apart from this, we have an exclusive update about which characters might stay and which might exit the show.
Ekta Saraiya who is seen playing the role of Dolly will be continuing the show after the leap.
Nitin Babu and Sonal Khilwani who recently entered the show will take an exit.
However, as per sources, their track might return some time in future. But nothing is confirmed yet.
The current star cast is still shooting for the show.
The post leap story will now focus on the new generation along with Anupama.
There are reports about Gaurav Khanna too being a part of the show post leap, however, he was not spotted in the promo.
The viewers can also see a new look of Rupali Ganguly in the show.
