Even before Mere Dad Ki Dulhan ended, I had so many offers lined up for me: Anjali Tatrari

MUMBAI: As Mere Dad Ki Dulhan geared up to go off-air recently, actress Anjali Tatrari who played the character of Niya in the show, cried her heart out on the last day shoot.

Recently, Tellychakkar.com had recently contacted Anjali to know about her journey and experience in the show. While Anjali shared details about her journey and how it feels good to be acknowledged for all the good work actors have done so far, she also shared some details about her future projects.

Anjali stated how it is important to make the right career choices.

She said, “I have been approached for a couple of projects from TV as well as the web and it now becomes very important to make the right career move especially after I have been a part of such a successful project. Once I finish shooting for this project I will start auditioning.”

Well, we now have learnt that Anjali has been brought on board to play the female protagonist in Saas Bina Sasural 2.

In a candid conversation with us, Anjali revealed, “I think it has only motivated me. Even before Mere Dad Ki Dulhan ended, I had so many offers lined up for me. It has been only one year in the industry and I had almost 7-8 options for me already. I am overwhelmed with the response and love I am receiving. I decided to go for this show as I already said, I would not want to do saas-bahu sagas and as the name goes ‘Saas Bina Sasural’ itself states that the show won’t be a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law drama. Saas Bina Sasural is a sitcom and the content is good. This is again a Sony TV show and I believe that the channel makes shows which are content driven.”
