MUMBAI: Aamir Ali is a popular name in the entertainment business. He is best known for his roles in serials like Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, Ek Hasina Thi etc.

He has also been part of reality shows like Nach Baliye Season, where he emerged as the winner of the show along with his ex-wife Sanjeeda Sheikh. He was also a contestant on the reality show Zara Nachke Dikha 2.

TellyChakkar got in touch with the actor and asked him about who his favourite contestants on the show were, and what he thinks of Shalin commenting on Nimirt’s illness.

Are you following Bigg Boss 16?

Yes, I have always followed Bigg Boss, and this year the show is very interesting and it's my favourite. I think Salman Khan is doing exceptionally well, and I look forward to the Weekend Ka Vaar episode.

Who is your favourite contestant of the show?

I like Abdu, Shiv, Sajid, and MC Stan. This gang is playing the game and is entertaining the audience.

What do you have to say about Shalin mocking Nimrit’s health?

I don’t think he meant it in a wrong way, as he says things without thinking and he doesn’t realise it. He says things in anger, and staying in that place makes you such a person.

Who are your friends that are locked in the Bigg Boss house? 

From the Bigg Boss house, I know Tina, Sajid, and Shalin very well.

What do you have to say about Shalin and Tina’s bond?

I would not like to comment on it as it’s their game.

Well, earlier Aamir was offered the show but he declined it as he was busy with some other projects.
