Aman has earlier been seen in shows like Dev DD and Gandii Baat among others while Amika Shail is an Indian television actress and singer. She is known for television shows Naagin, Baalveer Returns, and Divya-Drishti. Lovlesh Khaneja was earlier seen in Zee TV show Kumkum Bhagya and has recently entered Colors’ Molkki.
Molkki outlines a prevalent custom in Haryana. Wherein due to the skewed sex ratio, ‘Dulhan’ is bought by people in exchange for money Molkki is the story of an 18-year-old Purvi, who hails from a small village in Uttar Pradesh. As a part of the bride buying custom, without her knowledge she is married off to a widower twice her age, Virender, a middle-aged man who owns vast lands and is the Sarpanch of the village.
