MUMBAI: SAB TV is all set to roll out a new show titled Shubh Labh soon. The promos of the show are already out and they are getting a great response from the viewers.
Shubh Labh stars Chhavi Pandey, Geetanjali Tikekar, and Nassir Khan in pivotal roles.
Popular actress Chhavi will be seen as Goddess Lakshmi on the show and the viewers are already in love with Chhavi's character.
While Chhavi's character will unfold many new things after the show goes on-air, the viewers are extremely excited to see her in a totally new avatar.
As the show gears up for its release, TellyChakkar got in touch with Chhavi who spoke at length about her character, her bond with Geetanjali Tikekar, and much more.
On being asked about her first reaction when she was offered the role, she said, ''My first reaction was that if this is a mythological show because I have done that before. But this is not a mytho show. If you see my career graph, I have played different roles in all my projects.''
Further, speaking of her bond with Geetanjali aka Savita on the show, she said, ''It has been extremely amazing. I am blessed to work with such senior actors. We both have great tuning. I am hoping that it remains the same. She is a sensible actor and very understanding as well. We maintain a good bond. I also try to keep the essence of our characters alive off-screen as well.''
When asked about her alternate career option, Chhavi said, ''It has always been singing. Singing is my first love and I have always mentioned that. I am a singer and I started my career as a singer. But destiny had something else for me. People who know me closely are aware that I am extremely passionate about singing. If I get a choice to choose another profession, it would definitely be singing.''
Chhavi has previously starred in shows like Prem Bandhan, Ek Boond Ishq, Ladies Special 2, Kaal Bhairav Rahashya, among others.
