MUMBAI: Parineetii went on floors from the 14th of February. According to the promo, the show focuses on two best friends who end up marrying the same boy. The show looks promising with the gorgeous ladies Achal Sahu and Tanvi Dogra and the dapper Ankur Verma in lead.
Well, the show has been already making space in the audience's hearts, a story from the beautiful vibes of Punjab and bonds that are soo pure that you can't help but fall in love with them. The story has just begun and the love angle is already established between the three of them. Talking about the casting in the show, we get to see a completely different side of both Tanvi and Anchal like never before and the ladies are indeed nailing it.
Vishal Solanki has been a prominent name in Gujarati Industry, the actor is all set to make you drool over his charm with Parineetii, we got in touch with the actor to know his reaction on working with Anchal, character response and more:
Fans are showering you with love, tell us what was your reaction to this?
As we had spoken earlier, people would hate me for my character as I had always done positive characters. I was quite nervous that I would lose out on my fans but then they have been loving my character and I have realised that now the audience has changed, they are appreciating my acting and craft. I am being loved by not just my Gujarati fans but also the whole of India. The feeling is inexpressible, my heart is filled with gratitude.
What goes behind playing such a ruthless character?
I have accepted my character as it is even on the first day when the director had told me about my character brief he told me that you're not supposed to think that you are a bad guy you are the bad guy and that's how I accepted Rakesh and I'm more than myself into him. Now if you see the performance it is all going with the flow I have completely imbibed Rakesh into me and whatever I do on-screen after the cut comes out naturally although I am not like Rakesh at all we do not relate to each other but I am giving my 100% to justify the character on screen.
How has it been working with Anchal?
She is a sweet girl, just recently I came to know that she is just 17 and in the 12th grade, I was taken aback, she is very good with her craft. Whenever I shot those molesting scenes, I felt really guilty because I am not that person. After every shot, I used to go and apologise to her and I even promised that in the coming Rakshabandh, I will get a rakhi for her. Honestly, if this would be in reality then I would surely kill Rakesh and beat him to death for being such a bad person.
The new faces of the show Vishal Solanki and Ashish Dixit indeed steal the show with their fierce avatar. Vishal's negative character Rakesh in the show has already garnered immense appreciation from the viewers and can't wait to see what more does his character have to unfold for the audience. Ashish as the protective brother with a short temper fits perfectly in the show, amid these intriguing characters Rajeev aka Ankur is yet to be discovered as we haven't seen an interesting side of his yet.
