Exclusive! I am happy that I made my TV debut with a show like Naagin 6: Shivam Singh

MUMBAI: Model and actor Shivam Singh made his TV debut with Colors’ supernatural, fantasy-based drama Naagin 6. The actor plays lead actor Simba Nagpal’s friend in the show.

Shivam is elated that he made his debut on TV with a show like Naagin 6. He is also happy that he got to work with Balaji Telefilms.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Shivam and asked about his journey in the industry so far.

“I'm a very optimistic kind of a person, so I won't call it a struggle. I come from a fashion background, and my family supported me when I began modelling. I won a show in 2019 in Bangalore. I got my confidence from there. I came to Bombay, and I got approved by Myntra. That helped me sustain. I used to give many auditions. I gave an audition for Naagin 6 and I took up this show when it was offered. I am happy that I made my debut on TV with a show like Naagin 6. Moreover, my wish of working with Balaji Telefilms has been granted.”

How has your shooting experience with the cast been?

“Simba is very close to me. He is good onscreen and offscreen. He has supported me a lot, so we don't have to act. It all comes naturally. Our director is so talented, so I always followed his advice. Other senior actors are so good that they play their roles effortlessly.”

What kind of roles do you want to play?

“I'm still in the blooming phase, so I will take up any role that is good.”

Good luck, Shivam!
