MUMBAI: When we talk about TV, some actors have defined a generation for millions of TV watchers. Actor Varun Badola is one of them. Since his early work in TV, then his foray into films and digital, he has always proved that no one can do what he does.
Over the years of his magnificent career, he has played many memorable roles and will be seen in some really interesting projects over the next year.

Varun also happens to be dear friends with another fan favourite, Sudhanshu Pandey and he was present at his Rudra Abhishek, to celebrate the actor’s birthday.
TellyChakkar caught up with him to talk about his bond with Sudhanshu, his upcoming projects and so much more.
When asked what he gifted Sudhanshu, he said, “For his birthday, I brought myself because I was not in the city and it hadn't been more than 2 hours since I landed. I went straight from the airport to my house, just dropped my bags and I am here. He should be very happy that I am here”.
On whether he is planning a comeback on TV or just happy with OTT, he said, “I have never said that I don’t want to work in television and I will never say that because whatever I have achieved in life, most of it has been off TV itself. The last show that I did was Mere Dad Ki Dulhan. It was a nice show with a nice script, and so, you do expect that whatever is being offered is at least matching upto to that”.
When asked about the kind of roles he would like to play or work with any specific kind of director, he said, “I have never had that thinking that I should work with this person or not. If I feel like there is a good project that I would like to be a part of, then I am always glad”.
Varun has a movie coming out with Sanya Malhotra in the lead role. He has achieved so much appreciation for his roles in shows like Guns and Gulaab and Kohraa, both streaming on OTT.
