MUMBAI: Shrenu Parikh, an actress that owns the crown to rule a million hearts with her bubbly nature and alluring personality.

She is all set to leave her fans flabbergasted with her upcoming Gujarati Political Thriller “Kshadyantra”, it is an original web series under the cape of Shemaroo me. Apart from Shrenu, there are some eminent names in the show including Apara Mehta, Rohini Hattangady, Deepak Gheevala, and so on.

In an exclusive conversation with us, Shrenu spills the beans about her character Shalini Patel and what made her agree to do the web series, “An OTT project has been on my list for a long time, I signed Damaged for the same reason and then I was approached for Kshadyantra. I am really excited about it as it’s in Gujarati, and surely appreciated by my peers and family as it is Shemaroo’s series; they have some great content with their lineup of original series, movies, and drama. So after reading the script, and learning about the platform I barely took 10 minutes to say YES. It is a project that every actor would want to do.” 

Shrenu shares some intriguing insights about her character Shalini Patel in the series, “Shalini is a woman of ambition. Someone who is fierce, fire-like, her motto is to own the CM’s chair. She is quite clear about her goals and how she wants to carve her path. To reach her goal the fire in her shall burn everything and everyone around her.” 

She further shares a short glimpse about the story, “All the characters in the show have their own mystery and ambition to reach their goal, that’s how they barge into each other’s politics and create the whole “Kshadyantra”. There will be a turn of events, twists, and mysteries being unfolded. Kshadyantra is a political thriller drama.”
