How is your bond with Saumya and the rest of the cast?

Do you feel the need to play a stronger character that has more input and contribution to the plot?

“Yes, I do feel that as I have a good experience. I am sure though that this character will get more developed in the future and it will be better designed. The thing right now is that we recently started with the second season. The makers are maybe trying to focus on leads more so that the audience can accept them. We feel the audience has accepted us as we saw the ratings go up. It is going well and I feel Akash will get better in the future as I am the lead’s older brother.”

What similarities or differences do you see between you and your character Akash?

"Both of us are different. I am not at all like Akash. I am very jolly and very supportive of every person, not just on set but everywhere. I become a kid when I am with kids and an adult when with older people. I am exactly like the character I was playing in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. So there are a few qualities in Akash like that I relate to. Akash sometimes plays rude too and he does not care about anything. But I am loving this character a lot as I get to play many things.”
