TellyChakkar got in touch with the actor to talk about the show and his experience shooting for the same.
How has your experince been while shooting the show?
The experience has been brilliant, because the treatment of the show is very promising and there is a lot of detailing that goes into each character. The sequence and the scenes which we get and along with that, the entry of an child actor is a boon, because whenever a child is around you, they give out a very light and positive energy. The atmosphere around is really really nice.
The OTT space is ever expanding and it is bringing up a lot of interesting concepts. What is your take on the OTT space in general?
OTT is a fantastic space first of all, there is no doubt about it. I, myself have been part of a web show for Vikram Bhatt, titled The Untouchables. The space is great in two parts, because it is in episodic form, there is a lot of scope to show and develop your characters, which is the biggest challenge in films, where you cannot explore all your characters in details. Also, it has given an opportunity to a lot of people, actors, writers and directors, so all thumbs up for OTT.
Would you want to explore more of OTT, apart from TV shows and do you have any kind of roles in your mind?
Of course why not! If I get a good role, then why not. I don’t have any specific kind of role in my mind. They should excite me and surprise me, that is the only criteria.
Amal is seen on Harphoul Mohini on Colors TV which also stars, Zebby Singh, Shagun Sharma, Tej Sparu and Supriya Shukla.
