MUMBAI: Television actor Malhar Pandya known for featuring in television shows like Naagin 2, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, Kavach... Kaali Shaktiyon Se and Ishqbaaaz says exercising during lockdown is very much important.
He says, "During lockdown staying mentally and physically fit is very much important. And exercising is one of the best ways. While we exercise, our body releases chemicals that can improve our mood and make us feel more relaxed. This can help us deal with stress and reduce our risk of depression." The actor who was last seen in Aghori, Nazar feels exercise can be more of fun then just sweating. He continues, "Exercise can be more fun. Try listening to music or watching TV while you exercise. Also, mix things up a little bit - if you stick with just one type of exercise, you might get bored. Try doing a combination of activities. Having a workout partner may make you more likely to enjoy exercise. You can also plan social activities that involve exercise."
