Though we only see her in reruns of her show <em>Shararat</em>, Farida Jalal will be actively involved with television once again. This time apart from acting, she’ll also be producing a show. In addition to this, she’ll also be working in a daily.
Says Farida, “My production company is called Cloud Nine Media Content. Our first production is going to be a weekly comedy show. That’s all I can reveal for now. Besides this, I’ll be acting in a daily show.”

When asked whether the daily is going to be a saas-bahu saga, Farida replied, “Not at all. But please don’t assume that I’m not in favour of doing such shows. If any good role comes my way, then I’ll give it a thought. At the moment though, I’m not looking beyond these two shows. There’s no way that I can do two dailies.”
