MUMBAI: In the recent Bigg Boss OTT 3 episode, Armaan Malik slapped Vishal Pandey. Isha Malviya a former contestant of Bigg Boss 17, slammed the makers of the program in a recent interview for not taking any action to stop the violence. She argued that Bigg Boss is all about TRP and that the rules are less strict than they formerly were.
“I feel Bigg Boss is no more Bigg Boss. In my season, something like this happened. Earlier there was no conclusion for this incident and there was no punishment. Obviously, when people go, they watch previous seasons and go. Even I watched previous seasons when I went. Now also people have seen past seasons and then they went,” Isha told the popular news portal.
“Somewhere they get the courage to do as they see that in the past there were no strict actions as they only get nominated. Even this time that only happened. These people are working on TRP. Now, there is nothing that Bigg Boss’ rule is very strict,” the former Udaariyaa actress added.
Isha made these comments while promoting 'Zor Ki Barsaat Hui,' a recently released music video. Her co-star Abhishek Malhan, also known as Fukra Insaan, was there as well. He responded to the shocking incident by saying,, “I have one question ‘If a TV actor was slapped, would the consequences have been the same?’ Rest is Bigg Boss is all about TRP.” Abhishek was the runner-up of Bigg Boss OTT 2, which was won by Elvish Yadav.
For the unversed, previously, Armaan Malik’s first wife, Payal Malik appeared on Bigg Boss OTT 3 as a guest when she claimed that Vishal Pandey had admitted liking Kritika Malik and feeling guilty about it. While Vishal argued that his words were taken out of context, Armaan reprimanded him and went on to slap him.
After Armaan got schooled by Vishal's parents on the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, the YouTuber apologized to Pandey.
After Armaan, Payal also apologies to Vishal in a video message and said, “Ab na mujhe kisise kuch bolna hi nhi hai. Armaan ji ne itne bade national TV pe agar unhone jo thappad mara tha uski maafi mang li hai vo bohot badi baat hai. Mujhe bhi ab uspe baat nhi karni. Mai bhi haath jodke maafi mangti hu. Vishal ne Armaan ne or Kritika ne is topic ko khatam kar diya hai toh mai bhi is topic ko Khatam kar rahi hu.”
