Fresh update: Rahul's new lawyer files for anticipatory bail; hearing tomorrow

Here comes the latest development on Pratyusha Banerjee’s death mystery. With Rahul Raj Singh’s lawyer, Neeraj Gupta, backing out from the case, now, we have been informed that known advocate Ashok Sarogi has been appointed to fight Rahul’s case. According to our sources, Sarogi has already submitted an application for anticipatory bail under section 438 at Dindoshi police station. It has been accepted and the hearing is scheduled for tomorrow. Till then, Rahul will remain at the hospital. For the uninitiated Sarogi has earlier fought the case of Abu Salem. Our efforts to reach Saraogi remained futile.
