MUMBAI : One of the most adored television series nowadays is Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. After Bhavika Sharma appeared on the show opposite Hitesh Bhardwaj, the serial took a turn for the better. Since joining the cast of the program as Arsh Gujral, Ankita Arora has significantly advanced the plot.
The drama in the show is intense, and Bhavika, who plays Savi, the female lead, and Ankit are frequently at odds.
TellyChakkar connected with Ankit to know more about Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’s TRP and how he happened to bag the show.
Ankit shared, “TRP keeps falling and rising and as far as Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is concerned we have gone down by a point or so. It has not been a drastic fall and it happens. We as actors are responsible to play characters with conviction and we put our best foot forward. We do not get a lot of time to prepare for the character on television. Every day we have to do our homework such that even if there are some hiccups or challenges on a particular day, he or she will be able to pull through as they are well prepared for the character.”
When asked about how he bagged the show, Ankit shared, “I had gone for a meeting for Teri Meri Doriyaann for a negative role but the show shut and later I was approached by the production house for Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. I was brief about the show and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and it is not only a popular show but I have some good friends in the creative and production team. It is more like a family.”
