Good things happen to good people, Rachana Parulkar on bagging Maharana Pratap

Rachana Parulkar
The very beautiful looking actress Rachana Parulkar, who rose to fame with Zee TV show Ek Mutthi Aasmaan, was replaced overnight in the project. Asha Negi stepped in and Rachana, as per media reports, was not up to the mark pertaining to her acting dexterity, hence the exit. But lady luck smiled on Rachana and within no time she bagged Sony TV’s ongoing historical show Maharana Pratap. She will be seen playing the grown up queen Ajabde. Confirming the news of being part of the project, Rachana added, “I am very excited to be back on screen. I am glad I got a very different and challenging role to play.” Commenting on the fact that she was replaced in Ek Mutthi owing to her acting flaws, she said: “It’s karma. Good things happen to good people. Replacement was not the end for me and I have no regrets.” And now Ek Mutthi Aasmaan is going off air, what does she have say about that? “I feel bad that I am not with Ashish (Chowdhry) in his last shoot. I miss working with him and team.” Are you excited to work with Ssharad (Ssharad Malhotra will play grown up Maharana)? “Well, I don’t know him personally but I have seen his earlier show and he is a good actor.” Any message for your fans? “Thank you all for your love and support. A big thank you to my Twitter family for constantly boosting me.” All the best Rachana!
