Having started in Delhi, rally to bring Chandragupta Maurya back on TV ends in Mumbai

We at Tellychakkar.com had earlier reported about ardent fans of Chandragupta Maurya holding rallies in Kolkata, Bangalore and Mumbai after initiating a similar gathering in Delhi. Now, we come up with the latest that the rally in Mumbai was held yesterday (5 August 2012) that is supposed to be the last one. Fans will now wait for a feedback from the channel and the production house on their favourite show which is rumored to make a comeback on Sony Entertainment Television after it went off air suddenly due to the closure of Imagine TV. We also hear that the Mumbai rally was a successful one with more than 200 people participating in it. The rally, held in front of Ramada Plaza, Juhu, was attended by actors of the series, Manish Wadhwa, Sooraj Thapar and Tej Sapru among others. “The response of these rallies has been motivating and now we will wait for the channel’s reply on the status of Chandragupta Maurya,” said Udit Rajpara who has been heading these rallies. “If we do not get a concrete reply in a week’s time, we will plan something new. This could mean all of us going to the Sony office,” he added. Keep up the spirit, Maurya fans!
