MUMBAI: Actress Hina Khan has been fighting Stage Three breast cancer, but she is not giving up. On Monday, she gave her fans a peek into her continuing journey to recovery. Hina has 20.3 million Instagram followers and posted a Reel video of her workout. Hina is shown in the video lifting weights, working out her legs, and performing other activities.

The video is captioned, "Thousand Reasons may present itself to pull you down everyday. But I have a Promise to fulfil for my future self. And I am committed, are you ? DUA #ScarredNotScared #AWindowToMyJourney #TheGirlWhoNeverGivesUp #DaddysStrongGirl #OneDayAtATime".
She was showered with love by her fans, as they wrote: "You are an inspiration", "Most bravest girl", "Get well soon", and "u will rock again". Earlier, Hina had revealed that she is through her fifth chemo infusion.
Hina is most known for playing Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has appeared in Bigg Boss 11 and Bigg Boss 14, as well as Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8.
She has also appeared in the short film Smartphone as well as the films Wishlist and Hacked. The diva has appeared in music videos for songs including "Halki Halki Si" by Asees Kaur and Saaj Bhatt, as well as Bhasoodi, Raanjhana, Humko Tum Mil Gaye, Patthar Wargi, Baarish Ban Jaana, Main Bhi Barbaad, Mohabbat Hai, and Barsaat Aa Gayi.
Hina has lately debuted in a Punjabi film, Shinda Shinda No Papa alongside Gippy Grewal. Her next project is titled Country of Blind.
