I am happy 'wife-sitting' at the moment - Yash Sinha

Yash Sinha, the talented actor who has done powerful roles in Colors’ Bhagyavidhata and Zee TV’s Afsar Bitiya is looking for good work to come his way. The actor has made a conscious decision to try his best in films. But that does not keep him away from taking up meaty roles on TV. Says Yash, “In fact, when I got married to Amrapali (Gupta), I was busy with Afsar Bitiya. After the show ended, we enjoyed good time together. There was a time when neither of us were working. When Qubool Hai came Amrapali’s way, she accepted it as that was one role that she was looking for. She has been well-accepted by audience and her character is going great guns. As for me, I am happy wife-sitting at the moment (smiles). I keep the house clean for her and cook for her. On a serious note, I am looking for opportunities in films. At the same time, if I do get a good role on TV where my character adds quite a lot to the story line, then I will take it up.” So how is he looking at the success of his wife? “Aah, the feeling is great. She is doing a very good job.” Do you watch the episodes where Amrapali is at her vampish best as Tanveer? “I do not get to watch all the episodes. But yes, I do watch whenever I have time on hand.
