Toral Rasputra will also be a part of the show and will play the role of Vaishnavi’s mother.
Recently, the cast of the show visited a famous Vaishno Devi mandir in Mumbai to seek blessings before they kickstart their show. The cast also launched the poster of the project at the temple.
Calmed by the serene atmosphere of the temple, actor Hrishikesh Pandey said, 'We are all pleased to start our journey with such a pleasant gesture of visiting a mandir. People visit Vaishano Devi mandir with their desires. After that, it is said that their wishes come true. In our case, it is both.'
Explaining more about her character in the show, Toral said, 'I am playing the character of Rani, who is Vaishnavi’s mother. She is very protective about her child, as she had her after a lot of hardships. When she comes to know about her daughter's special powers and the truth about them, she is extremely scared as she doesn’t want to lose her child.'
Madhirakshi will make a comeback to the mythological genre post Siya Ke Ram. The actress is a firm believer of Mata Rani, and she said, 'I am a firm believer of Mata Rani. I have myself visited Vaishno Devi Mandir barefoot and would love to visit it again. I believe this role is a blessing from Mata Rani to me. I feel fortunate that I will play the character of Goddess Laxmi in the show.'
