MUMBAI: Star Plus has been home to some of the most popular shows and one of them is Ishqbaaz, a 2016 show starring Nakuul Mehta, Surbhi Chandna, Kunal Jaisingh, Shrenu Parikh, Leenesh Mattoo, Avinash Mishra, Niti Taylor and many more.
The show was loved for its refreshing romance and also the brotherly bond. The show had a run from 2016 to 2019 and moments from the show became so dear to fans that even today, we can see many moments circulating on social media.
Now the show has come back for a re-run and it has got all the fans excited. The show started from 3rd March. It’s been 6 years now and for all these years, fans have been asking for the show to either come back or makers to make a sequel and fulfilling the fans’ wishes, makers have surprised them all with this fantastic news of re-run.
In an exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Leenesh Mattoo talked about the shows re-run but the most interesting part was when he revealed who is he in touch with from the cast of the show.
When asked about the re-run of the show, Leenesh Mattoo said, “Woh re-telecast hua hai fir bhi log dekh rahe hai...best part yehi tha show ka matlab usko bandh hue bhi itna time ho gaya lekin aaj tak tags aate hai logo ke.”
When asked who is he in touch with from the cast, the actor revealed, “I’m in touch with Nakuul bhai mostly. Baki logo se meri zyada baat-cheet ho ti and I’m thoda introvert uss maamle mein.”
The ru-run is being loved by the viewers and a lot of fans are asking for a sequel too.
