It is a very good thing that Mere Dad Ki Dulhan is ending as stretching it would have spoiled the story: Anjali Tatrari

In conversation with Anjali Tatrari, she spoke about doing distinguished shows and that she is glad that the show has had a good run, however, the show would get monotonous if it kept going.

MUMBAI: Sony TV show Mere Dad Ki Dulhan was much adored for its drama.

Well, the show will soon go off-air and we are sure that just like us, the actors have various memories attached to the show. In conversation with Anjali Tatrari, she spoke about doing distinguished shows and that she is glad that the show has had a good run, however, the show would get monotonous if it kept going.

Anjali shared, “The reason why I said a yes to the show because I knew it was a finite show. The thing is that you don’t grow when you are in a comfort zone and obviously you tend to develop the comfort zone because you are among the same set of actors and meeting the same people everyday. It is a very good thing that the show is ending as stretching it would have spoiled the story. Personally speaking, I too wouldn’t want to do a show which goes on for years and years as I wouldn’t want to be in my comfort zone and explore different characters. I feel that it is important to end the story at the right time.”
