Jaatpaat tipped to air on Imagine

VG Productions is all geared up to make Jaatpaat for Imagine. Looks like the producers are bent on making more than one show as we have already written about their probable shows like Vidhwa and Jeena Hai Saath Saath on Colors and Paraya Ghar on Star Plus. As per our source, “This is a story about a minister who is unlike ministers we see in today’s scenario. He has two sons one of whom is an IPS officer and the other is an IAS officer. The story goes ahead to show that the minister gets one of his sons married to a girl of a lower cast to set an example. But, the fact is people still doubt his intentions as they have often encountered corrupt ministers.” Our source adds, “Savita Prabhune and Vikram Gokhale have been finalized to do the show. The leads are still not finalized. The story has been written by its producer V Kumar. The rest of the cast is still being worked on and the shooting will take off in a month.” Kumar confirmed the same. We tried getting in touch with Prabhune and Gokhale but they remained unavailable for comment.
