The singer-actress is going through a tough time. According to the media reports, Jasleen's father Kesar Matharu has received a threat from an extortionist. The man has been receiving death threats. In an interview with SpotboyE.com, he was asked what exactly has the extortionist said, he shared, “He says that mere family ki supari nikli hai, but he will let us go if we pay him 25 lakh.”
He has also revealed that they have been given a deadline to pay the amount. When asked if there is any deadline, he said, “March 20.” When asked if he called back on that number, he said, “Yes, but then he does not pick up.”
