"I stopped shooting since 25 July and after three days, flew to Delhi. Needless to say a lot of work has been affected. My doctor has advised me to take rest. I'm having normal home cooked food as I can't survive on boiled food for long. I spend my time playing cards and watching movies. Besides, my relatives and friends often drop by, " says Amit, who is planning to stay back in Delhi for another week or so.
Due to the actor's ill health the track has been altered and his character has been shown to have gone to Gujarat for some business deal. Deepa Parab, who plays Sneha (Pranav's wife) in the serial says, " As Thodi...is the story of a joint family, it's difficult to make changes. So Pranav is shown to have left for some outstation work. There has been no continuity problem as such, as the current track focuses on the women in the house."
We wish Amit a quick recovery!
