MUMBAI: Karan Godhwani is a popular television actor.  He has been part of several shows and was last seen in Agniphera.

On the personal front, the actor tied the knot with his entrepreneur girlfriend Tanya Singh, recently. He told Times Of India, “I met Tanya in 2011, but lost touch. We reconnected a few years later and realised that we liked each other. Soon, our relationship blossomed into love and we tied the knot. We had a gurudwara wedding and also tied the knot in a Shiva temple on the same day.”

When asked why he had a hush-hush wedding, he said, “I wanted it to be a simple wedding without any unwanted attention. The idea was to be together and be with people close to us.” Their honeymoon is on hold, as they are currently busy setting up their home. He said, “At the moment, we want to revel in the fact that we are married. We will go on our honeymoon once we finish doing up our home.”
