And we are sure there are many young men out there who would love to have a physique like him. So what is Karan’s fitness regime?
“My mantra is…eat clean train dirty. Having a good physique is not about having a bulky body. One must workout to feel fit and stay healthy. Getting biceps is not my idea of workout, I completely workout to feel fit. I look forward to hit the gym even after 12 hours of shoot,” shared Karan with Tellychakkar.com.
Working in a daily soap is hectic and he battles for time to sweat it out at the gym. “I usually go to the gym five days a week, but on a day when I can’t exercise, I make it a point to run at the back road and do some functional training.”
And here’s Karan with a word of advice for his fans. “I have heard people say that they have no time to work out but that can never be the case. If you can spend 20 minutes sipping coffee then you can also have 20 minutes for your body. One can always do a little bit of running around in that much time and stay fit.”
So does he aim to have a six-pack abs someday? “I have had abs on and off but my ultimate goal is to have quality muscles. As I have always believed that fitness is a part of one’s lifestyle. Hence, I am very careful about my routine as well as my diet.”
But there is one thing that this actor cannot resist, “I cannot stay away from samosas. They are my weakness and now that we have an amazing samosawala on the sets of Ek Hazaaron Mein… I can’t stop but have samosas all the time,” Karan ended with a smile.
