Kartik to confess the truth to Keerti in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

MUMBAI:The ongoing track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is filled with drama, as Kartik has exchanged the babies. Naira has mixed emotions. She is happy that her baby is healthy but upset about the other baby's death.
