Makar Sankranti brings in a lot of enthusiasm amongst the youngsters as they not only get a chance to enjoy the sweet delicacies, but also have fun flying kites.
While there are kite-flying sequences scheduled across many shows, there is some real deal happening on the sets as well.
The little wonders from Colors’ mythological drama Karmphal Daata Shani are excited about the festival too!
We have learnt that Kartikey Malviya aka Shani, who is very fond of kite flying, has especially taken permission from his production unit for an hour break so that he can enjoy the fun game on the sets, along with other kids.
When we contacted Kartikey, he said, “We have our sets near a beach so we will be flying kites there. Tahir (production head) sir allowed me when I requested him for a break. Though I don’t know kite flying that well, if someone helps me initially by holding the kite…then I am good with it. Few days back, Producer Siddharth (Kumar Tewary) sir was flying kites with us and I had cut his with mine (smiles).”
