MUMBAI: Sony TV is home to Kavya - a show starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. In the show, Sumbul plays the role of an IAS aspirant who is strongly focused on her career and her goals while a lot of men around her don't want her to succeed. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.
Talking about the male lead of the show, Mishkat Varma, who has been supporting Kavya in her journey and has been winning hearts of the audiences, is really giving a great performance and defining his character.
Tellychakkar recently caught up with the talented actor and spoke to him briefly about the show.
Kavya is going to take a 3 year leap, tell us a little about that
“Before the leap, Kavya and Adi go through a divorce due to which their relationship gets quite bitter. Now, after 3 years, Adi is a different person and Kavya too will change a lot. Adi is a determined person and has become just as ambitious as Kavya. He can go to any extent to achieve his goals. He is focused and yet reckless and careless. That is a big change in him after the leap.
Are more characters going to enter the show post-leap?
Yes there is a new character entering but I cannot speak much about that right now. They will surely bring a twist to the storyline.
Will Kavya and Adi reunite or will there be a third person between them?
Yes, there will be a third person between them and they will unite but in a very interesting and cute way which the viewers will have to wait and watch.
Will there be a change in the look?
Yes definitely! Everyone’s look will be quite different.
What message do you have for your fans?
I just hope we can live up to the viewers expectations and in the coming days, the story will get more and more interesting.
In the storyline, Kavya was pregnant and you were going to be a father, will we see a child in the show?
Unfortunately that will not be happening!
