Khatron Ke Khiladi 3 kicks off post IPL; to feature cricketers

Season 3 of Khatron Ke Khiladi will be a testosterone-heavy series what with cricketers both Indian and international will put their fears to test, with of course host Akshay Kumar. The show will start post IPL and is in keeping with the hype surrounding the 20-20 matches. It's basically to keep the IPL fever going. Colors's IPL Rockstars and Khatron Ke Khiladi will be keeping in with the exciting matches. A source from the channel said that this time too, the contestants will be paired with common people. "The 13 contestants will be picked up from various international cricket teams. Players will be selected according to their availability. They will be paired with common people selected via auditions." The other modalities are still being worked upon. Deepak Dhar, country head, Endemol India says, "I cannot confirm anything at this moment. Things are still under discussion." The earlier two seasons had women from the glamour and entertainment industry paired with common people.
