Kishwer Merchantt joins the cast of MTV's Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan

Beautiful and talented actress Kishwer Merchantt who is currently seen in Big Magic’s Akbar Birbal has now bagged MTV’s upcoming youth show Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan produced by BBC Worldwide Productions. Prior to Kishwer, we had informed you about Abhishek Malik being also roped in for the show. In the background of a music academy, the show will present the journey of youngsters moving towards achieving their goal and battling issues of hearts along. Kishwer will be essaying the role of Parth Samthaan’ mother Noyonika. Her character will be a divorcee handling a flourishing business single handedly. She confirmed the news and shared, “Yes, I am doing the show although I am yet to know much about my character. But I am really happy to work with Vikas Gupta (Programming Head, MTV) for the first time.” The show stars Veebha Anand, Ayaz Ahmed, Charlie Chauhan and Niti Taylor and will air from 21 July.
