Kunal Bhatia is super excited to be a part of Zee TV's Jodhaa Akbar

And now, let’s catch up with handsome, young and promising actor Kunal Bhatia, who is super excited to be a part of this historic saga. “Yes, I will be seen playing the role of elder brother of Jodhaa, Raja Bhagwant Das, Rajput King of Amer. I must say that I am happy and grateful to be a part of the project,” shares Kunal. For your information, Kunal was seen as the male lead in Star Plus’ show Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai. But here he would be seen in one of the parallel roles. Reason? “Well, everyone has been asking me that but I believe that my character is very important and well crafted in Jodhaa. I auditioned for the show almost one and a half year back. The show got delayed due to varied reasons but now it is on a roll in full swing. I must admit that the project will provide a new dimension to television viewing experience. It is being shot at a huge scale. At times, I feel I am shooting for a film, not a TV show.” That’s good. So what are his expectations from the serial? “Lots, actually. I firmly believe that it will provide me with a platform to shine brighter. I will get an opportunity to shine and explore my qualities as an actor.
